Yamuna Authority CEO Dr Arunveer Singh says that the film is an ambitious project of the City Government of the state. The developer will be selected in December. Film City will be developed in a phased manner. The Authority has issued a tender for the third time after a change in the terms, and conditions of Film City. The first phase will develop a film city on 230 acres. The Yamuna Authority has once again issued a global tender for Film City.

The technical tender will be opened on 5 December

The technical tender will be opened on 5 December. This is the third tender for the developer selection of Film City, to be built on 230 acres. The developer will be licensed for 90 years. The Government of the State is pushing Eradi Peak to develop Film City in the Yamuna Authority area. A tender was also removed twice. But no company came forward in the tender. The Authority has issued a tender for the third time after a change in the terms of the Film City. Under this, it has decided to develop Film City in a phased manner instead of one thousand acres. The first phase will develop a film city on 230 acres. It will create a structure of 75 acres of commercial and 155 acres of film-related activity.

The Yamuna Authority will give 230 acres of land for the film city to the developer on a 90-year license. In lieu of this, the Authority will get a revenue share in the earnings from Film City. It will increase by at least five per cent every year. The last date for tender is 30 November. The technical bid will be opened on 5 December The financial bid of successful applicants will be opened in this. Its thirty-day difference will issue an award letter to the selected company. Thirty days after the release of the award letter, there will be a contract between the authority and the company.
