Users’ response was also seen as soon as they announced on X (formerly Twitter) from SBI (SBI). In this post, a user writes in his response that I am not able to transact through the UPI payment. Please resolve the issue of the server upgrade, as we needed immediate transactions for our personal work, please tell me how many hours the server will be restored.

Some users complained on Saturday that SBI online and digital services were harassed all day today। Many users asked in their response why you did not mention this problem earlier. SBI customers have been complaining about payment problems from UPI since morning.
Trouble in Internet banking too
Many users today also complained of trouble in using Internet banking. However, SBI ( SBI ) had already shared information about this problem। The bank said in this message that the Internet banking application service will not be available till 00:40 am to 02:10 pm on 14 October 2023 due to scheduled activity The SBI account is used in large numbers for UPI payment.
