The main accused of the Nithari massacre has been acquitted. In this ruthless homicide case, on Monday, the Allahabad High Court acquitted the main accused Surendra Koli and his co-accused Moninder Singh Pandher. The court found Koli innocent in 12 cases. Provide information that he was previously sentenced to death for these cases. At the same time, the court also found Panthar innocent in 2 cases in which he was sentenced to death.

Provide information that the Nithari massacre has been the most talked about murder of Delhi NCR. This massacre is one of the most notorious incidents in Noida that shook the entire country. Earlier, the CBI court of Ghaziabad found Koli and Panthair guilty of rape and the murder of several girls between 2005 and 2006.

Skeletons found in the drain

The incident occurred in December 2006 when skeletons were found in a drain near a house in Nithari village, Noida. Upon investigation, Collie and his employer Pandhar were taken into custody on charges of missing one of the victims. Following Koli’s confession, police began digging the surrounding land and finding the bodies of the children.

Two policemen were suspended

The case was soon handed over to the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) – which filed 16 cases, all of them murdered, Surinder Koli filed a charge sheet on the fan for unethical trafficking in one and one to destroy evidence other than kidnapping and rape. Two policemen were also suspended for failing to take action despite several children being reported missing.
